Ceramic tile floors are my only gripe about the room, but I understand that a location in flood zones warrants it. I stay in a lot of hotels with work, and the housekeeping here was head and shoulders above most chain hotels like Hampton and Holiday Inn!
Staff is friendly! They clean the rooms daily. Hotel is right next to a good restaurant and across the street from one of the best restaurants in the town! Good place to stay for those of us working out of town! Felt safe as a solo traveler.
Although the motel in itself has had some years of service, the room was clean and spacious. The staff (both check-in and -out agents as well as housekeeping) was very friendly, professional and helpful. Good quality/price ratio
Was thankful to be accommodated very late ... almost 10pm. Inn still under renovation from Ida. Room had microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot. Only complaint was house cleaning coming in twice while still sleeping in the morning.
